Miranda, Independent Care Coordinator

Miranda is an experienced Aged Care Coordinator and NDIS Support Coordinator with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and more than 20 years of experience across Canada and Australia in the aged care, disability and community services sectors.

Throughout her career, Miranda has worked with people of different ages and from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds. She understands that every person’s circumstances are different and believes effective coordination begins by listening and understanding what matters most to the individual.

As your Care Coordinator, Miranda supports you throughout your journey — from initial onboarding and understanding your needs through to identifying services, connecting with suitable providers, coordinating supports and communicating with health professionals and other services when required.

Her approach is personal, compassionate and transparent. Rather than treating people as a file or number, Miranda takes the time to understand the individual, their family circumstances, cultural background, preferences and goals. Her aim is to ensure that each person feels heard, respected, informed and involved in the decisions that affect their life.

Miranda speaks English and Farsi and has extensive experience working with culturally diverse communities. She understands the importance of culturally appropriate support and clear communication, particularly for individuals and families who may experience language or cultural barriers.

My purpose is to help people understand their choices, connect with the right supports and feel confident that their voice remains at the centre of every decision.

At My Coordination Services, our purpose is simple: to connect people with the right supports while protecting their choice, independence and control.

We are here to make navigating care easier, build meaningful connections with appropriate services and ensure that clients and their families feel supported throughout their journey.
